Labels

Woven labels are woven on the loom by fixing warp yarns. And the woven label machine prints logos, graphics, letters, numbers, 3D signs, and colors with weft yarns. The woven label itself is not big. And the specification of the pattern design must sometimes be accurate to 0.05mm.

Hang Tags

Hang tag production involves a multi-stage process, often starting with design and digital printing, followed by cutting and finishing. Hang tags are typically printed using CMYK colors on various materials like paper, cardstock, or even leather, with options for matte or gloss finishes. After printing, a cutting machine shapes the tags, and a hole is punched for hanging. Considerations for hang tag design include spacing for cutting, CMYK color accuracy, and shading details to ensure proper reproduction.

Ribbons

Ribbon production typically involves weaving, cutting, finishing, and packaging. The process begins with weaving fabric, then cutting it to desired widths, followed by finishing steps like hemming or heat-sealing, and finally, packaging into rolls or spools. Various weaving methods, dyeing processes, and finishing techniques can be employed to create different types of ribbons with varying textures, finishes, and patterns.

Elastic

Woven elastic is produced by interlacing elastic yarns with other fibers on a loom. The process involves selecting raw materials, producing yarns, weaving or knitting, incorporating the elastic, finishing and treating the fabric, and ensuring quality control before packaging and distribution.

Sticker

The ink is forced through the openings in the screen and onto the adhesive material, creating a printed design. This process is repeated for each color in the design, using a different screen for each color. Lamination: The stickers may be laminated to protect the ink and extend the lifespan of the sticker.
